Workshop Leader

David Allport first came to Phoenix Fire in 2006 to play surdo for Zorina's TaKeTiNa workshop. He immediately loved the Fire Family Gathering, joined the Bay Area Spark Collective, started attending Redwood Nights circles, etc. He has been teaching TaKeTiNa since he completed the
3-year basic training with Reinhard Flatischler in 2004.

Workshop Leader

Kelly Fireangel is an ecstatic dancer and heart-directed being who has worked with many healing modalities over the years. She came to fire circle in 2001, and in 2006 became a trained Kundalini Dance facilitator, studying with its creator, Leyolah Antara Dekanic. She is grateful to have the opportunity to share these tools with her fire family.

Mark has been playing world percussion & drums since 1996. He was a member of a drum and dance troupe for 3 years and drummed for a weekly bellydance class for 4 years. He has also performed at Stanford University for an African dance troupe and a modern dance ensemble.

Morganne is a student of classic mythology, archetypes, psychology, and the Tarot, as well as being a skilled composer for piano and voice. She has been learning and teaching rhythm for over 15 years, and is an Alchemical Fire Circle devotee- having assisted with Rites of Spring, Firedance, Phoenix Fire, MayFire, and Fall Fest for many years. Morwen is a drummer, musician, teacher, writer, and facilitator who has been exploring the connections between rhythm, consciousness, and healing for many years. She is co-founder of Earth Drum Council, and has been teaching rhythm since the early nineties throughout the Northeast. Mushrafali draws from many sources for his inspiration and loves to share that with others in sacred space: jazz, classical, West African, North Indian, Middle Eastern and Sufi. Sylvia Brallier is director of The Tantric Shamanism Insitute, The School for The Intuitive Healing Arts and a recording artist. She has been teaching healing, tantra, metaphysics, shamanism and Earth spirituality workshops internationally since 1984. Sylvia's work is based on her own experiences with both ancient and new techniques for the evolution of consciousness.

Venee is a Interfaith Ritualist, Altarist, Mixmedia Artist and Dancer. She has a B.A. in Arts and Social Change with an emphasis in Interdisciplinary Arts and Education from New College of California and is a certified Human Element facilitator.
