Fire Family Council

Members of the Fire Family Council are leaders who have stepped forward in service to the Fire Circle. They are active in the formation and facilitation of fire and drum circles in their own communities. They bring dynamic and versatile skills and experience of fire circle work for the delight and education of others.

The Council holds stewardship of the Fire Family Organization vision, ultimate fiduciary responsibility, and accountability to the community and the public.

Council Members work together to co-create the Fire Family Gathering and to develop a process to move forward as a community, including the ongoing growth and development of the council and staff. Council Members participate actively at the gathering as playshop or group leaders and are present, supporting and engaging their talents at the nightly fires.

Council Members receive free registration for the gathering in consideration for their service to the community.
